Mitchell	7b16acbd88	move docs to master/ This is the best way I can see to ensure that the docs are included in the generated sdist with the master. setuptools does not seem to support files in the MANIFEST.in that are not already in their designated location. This is the best way I can see to ensure that the docs are included in
the generated sdist with the master.  setuptools does not seem to
support files in the MANIFEST.in that are not already in their
designated location.
