PBD::strip_whitespace_edges() returns the empty string if the passed string is

all whitespace. This allows for some mild code cleanup. It's also declared in
the PBD namespace now.
sfdb-v4 implemented. Instead of fields that go across all files, there is now
just one tag field where you can enter comma delimited tags. Searching for
tags to follow soon. I recommend trashing your current ~/.ardour2/sfdb file.

Heavy-duty abstraction work to split type-specific classes into

specializations of (new, for the most part) generic bases. (eg. most everything
from the MIDI branch except for actual MIDI things, so merges have a chance of
succeeding). Also the new edit toolbar, and various other cleanup things I did
along the way.
Should be functionally equivalent (except the toolbar), this is just design work.
She's a big'un....

Add a stock question image to the choices dialog, other general dialog love.. Forgot to mention that in the last commit the default snapshot name has been modified for slightly better alphabetical sorting goodness (year is now first, weekday last).

Change ArdourPrompter to not have an OK button by default, clean up new track/bus dialog and change 'affirmative' button on ArdourPrompter dialogs, make 'jack isn't running' dialog a MessageDialog, standardise some capitalisation, add stock buttons to plugin selector, fix layout of presets in plugin_ui. Fix 'rename range' dialog.

Moved strip_whitespace_edges() to pbd/whitespace.h
...
Gtkmm2ext::Prompter::get_result() calls strip_whitespace_edges(), so you don't have to.
Removed unused/unecessary/forgotten headers from libpbd.
